Common problems:

-Make sure the password is right (including no extra spaces at the end!)

-Make sure the encoded message is right. Even if you add ONE SPACE to the message it will not decode correctly

-Remember, it could be you, or it could be your friend. Make sure they aren't doing it wrong too :)
